L' MTV Movie Award alla miglior coppia (Best On-Screen Duo) è stato assegnato annualmente nel corso degli MTV Movie Awards dal 1992 al 2000. Dal 2001 è stato sostituito di fatto dall'MTV Movie Award alla miglior performance di gruppo (Best On-Screen Team).
