Tupac Amaru Shakur (16 de juny de 1971 – 13 de setembre de 1996), també conegut per apel·latius com 2Pac o Makaveli, va ser un raper i music de hip hop americà, esta considerat per molts com el més gran artista de hip-hop. Denotat com poeta i destacat per les seues reivindicacions socials. Amb un estil de vegades prou violent, però compromés quasi sempre amb els missatges critics de les seves lletres.

Ha venut uns 50 milions de copies només als Estats Units i prop de 80 milions a la resta del món.
