Capelleta de Sant Blai de Pedreguer (Marina Alta). Fou construïda durant la segona meitat del segle XVIII. Fou modificada el 1892, quan se li afegí el porxe. Ha estat restaurada diverses vegades: el 1926, el 1992 i, finalment, el 1998 després d'haver patit un incendi.
