Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Can sub-pages please be enabled for the Extension: namespace at mediawiki.org.

Also Extension_talk:  (I am assuming that all talk namespaces allow sub-pages,
but if not then can you please enable for those as well).

Enabled subpages for both namespaces

Did you also enable for other namespaces?  It appears that the main and help
namespaces both now show sub-page navigation links which are not wanted.  I
haven't checked the other namespaces, but (particularly in the help page) 
sub-pages are used for alternative languages, which already have dedicated
navigation - the extra link is confusing and unecessary.
