In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

MediaWiki does not handle article titles which contain or consist of an HTML
entity correctly. Take for example an article named "&nbsp;". Instead of the
title being displayed as "&nbsp;" a real non-breaking space is displayed. A more
subtle bug involves viewing the deletion history of this article. If one clicks
on the "View or restore 2 deleted edits?" link at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/&nbsp; you will be redirected to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Undelete/%C2%A0 instead of
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Undelete/&nbsp;. If you manually enter this
link the deleted versions are displayed but the deletion log is empty (this
artle has been deleted at least twice, however).
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Undelete/&gt; will show a deletion log but
not quite the right one.

It is quite tricky to find the deletion log:
1) Go to [[Special:Log/delete]] and type &nbsp; and hit return
... No result will be shown.
2) Type &amp;nbsp; and hit return.
... You will see
