Wikipedia :EN should have an RSS feed of the last fifteen items from
[[Template:Did you know]].

The RSS feed could be updated automatically or manually.

This bug blocks bug 4819, "Design Google Toolbar 4.0 search button".

I've applied for a toolserver account so I can develop this properly, rather
than scraping the page and having to kludge around the dates.

It's invalid because a single, specialist template on a single wiki hasn't got a
lot to do with MediaWiki overall.

Why don't we create a category in this Bugzilla for to-do items on enwiki?

Or at least a page on enwiki: [[Wikipedia:Bugs and requests]] where we can list
them all.

Perhaps the suggestion to MediaWiki should be:

The ability to have an RSS Feed for any template.

Then other wikis, including wikipedia, can establish templates as feasibly "RSS
Feed"-able. I'm going to create a bug that encompasses this, as well as another
on the list as dependencies.
